Warranty
The warranty on our products applies only to defects caused by faulty manufacturing, construction, or materials used.
The warranty does not apply in the case of normal wear and tear or damage resulting from an accident, modifications made to the product, negligence, or improper use by the customer. The same applies if the cause of the defect cannot be clearly determined.
We are responsible for the product in terms of damage or theft until the product is handed over to the customer (or a third party designated by the customer to receive the product).
